  • Consumption information: We collect information about your consumption habits relating to your use of the Services, including the purchases you make with both virtual and real currencies of in-game virtual goods.
  • Usage Information: We collect information relating to your use of the Services including your game progress, scores, and interactions with other players inside the Apps.
  • Device Identifiers: We collect online identifiers of the device you use to access the App, including, but not limited to, MAIDS, Cookies (refer to our Cookies Section for further information), Google Ads ID, and Google Device ID Information We Collect from Third-Party Applications and Platforms

We may also collect information from third parties we work with including social media companies (i.e. Facebook) or online platforms (like Apple, Google, Microsoft, Amazon), if you access our games through your accounts with those companies or you choose to connect your accounts with those companies to our Apps and Services. This information includes any of the following:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your profile picture or its URL
  • Your user identification number (e.g., Facebook ID) or Online handles
  • Your email address provided to that third-party application
  • Your gender
  • Your birthday and/or age
  • Any Information about your activities on or through connected third-party applications, either publicly available or that you or the provider of the third-party application shares with First Unity. When you use our Apps or access any of our Services on connected third-party applications or platforms (like Facebook, Apple, Google, Microsoft, or Amazon), any purchases you make will be processed by that third-party and subject to their terms of service and privacy policy. Please be advised that for any such purchases, First Unity does not receive your financial information, but may receive non-financial information related to your purchases, such as your name, approximate geolocation, and the items purchased.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may log information using Cookies, which are small data files stored on your hard drive by a website (“Cookies”). We may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your device until you delete them) to help personalize the Services we provide you.   • We use advertising to offer some of our Apps, in-App features, and other products and services may be of interest to you. Our advertising partners collect and share personal information with each other in order to provide more personalized advertising.
  • Our advertising partners collect aggregated information (non-personal information) to measure the effectiveness and distribution of these advertisements and to understand how users interact with our Services.
  • Many of these advertising partners may combine the information collected in the context of delivering an offer to you via our Services with other information they have independently collected over time and/or across different websites.
